I have been playing around with some basic online template in regards to Excel Personal budgets which I could use, but I can't find something customized enough to where I can actually utilize it. I'm a free lancer and I need a customize Excel personal budget spreadsheet. I have uploaded an example file. I want to clarify that what I seek must be ten times better than what I can find my self online. Specifications: I need a spreadsheet which will include a graph that will permit me to identify my biggest spending by category. I need a second intergrated graph which will allow me to view how my income changes over a twenty for day period. I need monthly budget that will include only a total of 24 days worth of entries. I also need a section where I can input daily miles driven and track them over the twenty four days of the budget term. Categories should be easily editable whereever possible to change them in the near future to cover specific needs.

Please find my scope for youe 5 specification points: 1. Pareto Can be prepared 2. Can be done if we have income details daywise 3. If budget formula is defined, we can define it for any no. of days. 4. we can reflect your input details while dasboarding 5. Can be changed in main data, use slicers or taken as input for dashboarding. We can do it simply as well as by macros. Price might change based on the data type, work structure and time required but definately will be with budget.

Hi, let me go through your requirements one by 1. The sheet you have shared needs a lot of work. What we can do to work with your point no. 1, 2, 3 and 4 is to create a dashboard with very less clutter. On the dashboard, you can input daily entries based on subcategories, and once you click on add, these values will be added on the master sheet. The dashboard will also have both the graphs that you require and a large number showing your months spend to date or spend in the last 24 months. I can add a button to switch between monthly weekly and daily modes too. To take care of your 5th requirement, we can have a separate sheet where you can add/remove categories and subcategories. This will require good work in VBA and thus to capture all your requirements 14 days is a good time. I have put together a dummy dashboard for you to have a look.
