Hello! I'm Paris, an experienced Access and Excel developer. I read your brief and I've got a solution I've implemented in the past successfully. I suggest having a button on one of your database's form. Once this is pressed all of your records will be exported to an Excel spreadsheet containing macros. When you open the spreadsheet its macro will be initiated and the records will concatenate all data for each user id. The final result will be a sheet that will hold a single line per user. The process will be re-usable and easy to alter in the future due to the comments I will add within the code. I'm looking forward to working with you. Paris

I will write a Macro in VBA that will provide you the ability to collate all information required for the unique ID and then enter it into a master table. Happy to discuss the details before you award the project if you are thinking of using me!

I can get the data formatted the way you need. I beleive with vlookups I can Achieve it. I have taken every excel class from 97 to 14 beginner to expert.

As an experienced business analyst I have overseen multiple database migrations, and have always been responsible for the data transfer process. Thus far I am yet to experience and data integrity or data loss issues. I have expert level Excel and VBA, as well as over a decade of experience transforming data with SQL server - which may be a better approach for such a large volume of data (the results will still be provided in Excel format).
