I have attached a sample database. I need taught how to add a subform, or similar, to my current form that will allow me to enter pricing info for product condition variants, as well as retail vs whole sale pricing. Basically within the form for a product, I need a little table with three conditions down the left side of NEW, USED, and REFURB, and then across the top COST, RETAIL, and WHOLESALE. If I could have checkboxes to enable each condition all default checked to yes, that'd be great. Then when the record is saved, the the product name is saved in the PRODUCT table, but also saved to the STK table with a variant suffix, like ABC-NEW... along with the pricing info, see the sample data. I'd like to do this without VBA as I'm new to this and not ready to learn VBA yet.

I have reviewed your requirement and it can very well be achieved without using VBA. We may need some basic macros however, rest assured there wouldn't be any coding involved (unless you explicitly need it). This is ofcourse based on my initial understanding of your project based on what you have explained so far.
You will need to create a wildcard query which will take the input for the product condition from your products form where you can have your checkboxes. Likewise the same can also be done for the product type.
For the later part, you will need to use data macros (no coding involved) to create the record in the stock table.
I will walk you through the process and answer all related questions you may have pertaining to the task.
P.S: While I understand your preference to not use VBA, there are certain tasks which can only be achieved using VBA. If we come across any such bottlenecks, I will try to propose work around (not involving VBA) however, in most such cases use of VBA may be the only way out.
