Teach me NRECA and FJ Mock

Project Description: I need to calculate potential discharge of a river for mini hydro project in the form of FDC curve. I would like an experienced freelancer with hydrology expertise to give me xls file with which I can put the rainfall data parameter and then create the parameter. While there are other parameters for the project, it seems that most hydrologist I know only need rainfalls and catchment area so probably either they make other parameter basic assumption or it can be assumed/calculated in a way. I also need to be taught on this. As for the NRECA, how to calibrate the model to get initial data(?) need to be taught as well. Project Goal: - the user (me) be able to create FDC curve based on the available rainfall data, both FJ Mock and NRECA, by using an excel file. Project Deliverables: - an excel file with NRECA simulation that I can use for other projects by changing the parameters. - an excel file with FJ Mock simulation that I can use for other projects by changing the parameters. - a complete guide on how to use the xls. - some time for me to ask questions if I can't run it for the first time. Bidding Procedure: 1. For each simulation method, please write a simple proposal which includes the minimum data you need (daily/monthly rainfall, catchment area, etc) needed to run the simulations, and which parameters can be calculated based on these data. 2. I will give rainfall data in xls as well as other requested data to freelancers that applies to this post and I deemed to be capable. 3. Please send me back the FDC Curve of both NRECA and FJ Mock that is the result of the xls simulation (print screen is ok) 4. I will compare the FDC with what my hydrology consultant has calculated before. For the FJ Mock result, I have it displayed here in this project. 5. I will choose the candidates based on that.
