Drupal 8, pay-to-publish, rules ( publish node after commerce checkout with expiration date)

there is no pay-to-publish module in drupal8 yet, and the rules is still in alpha. I am looking to make this in the way of rules ( or if you have better suggestion). I have a content type with entity-reference-field to reference the commerce product. so after user "save" the node, there will be "add to cart" button showing. user can click the button to make the payment. there are 3 problem for this process. 1: even I set the node type in unpublish after save. but there is no way to publish it after the checkout. 2: the commerce product is just referenced into the node, so after finished the checkout and the node published, the "add to cart"button will always showing there in the node page 3: no expiration date can be associated with the node ( optional ) So I am looking for 3 simple things from rules 1: publish the node after complete the checkout 2: after the node publish, remove/hide the "add to cart" button on the node page. 3: give a expiration date to the node when checkout from specific product ( optional ) Only reply when you understand the job, we have long term project to do, this one just a simple task.
