Fixed term 30 day contract in Tamil Nadu assist with scanning of hardcopies employees files for our India location into electronic copies THE CONTRACT IS OFFICE BASED IN TAMIL NADU, PLEASE DO NOT BID IF YOU WANT TO WORK REMOTELY IT CANNOT BE DONE REMOTELY Duration of contract: 30 days The contractor must be able to complete the project within the specific time frame and he/she will be dealing with confidential and personal information. Address is Old Airport Road, Bangalore / Bengaluru This is a fixed term 30 day project to be run thru Freelancer.com at a set fee for a client of ours. To apply, please provide your CV / Resume and the rate you would charge for this project. Payment will be sent at 15 and 30 days into the project, so 2 milestones at halfway and on completion. So often on here, I get people who bid without looking, so I will only accept bids from contractors who start with the word "tulip" Thank you. Reposted as we have the budget now and it's lower than the bids I have received.

Hi, I am from Salem, Tamilnadu. I have fully read your job descprition and the proof is the word "Tulip" as you requested. I can scan hard copies for you as I have scanner in my home and upload it to your website, or share via google drive (or what ever medium you want). You can count on me for maintaining confidentiality. I assume that the papers to be scanned will be mailed (couried) and I assure you I will send back the papers safely. I can scan only upto A4 size. Beyond that I dont have facility to scan. If you are looking for somebody to come and work in your office, please dont consider me. I cant come and come and work there. But if you want me to travel personally to collect the papers and returning, I can do that provided conveyance charges will be paid. The quote is for only 3000 pages. I will charge Rs.4 per page.
