Responsibilities: -Respond to heavy volume of customer phone calls and emails -Provide requested information, escalate complex issues, and complete necessary data entry Requirements: -Associate's Degree or higher -At least one year's experience in call center, customer service, or telemarketing -Schedule flexibility, including possible weekends and overtime -Proficiency with MS Office apply ASAP.
