I have an excel file which has the pay information for spa practitioners for the pay period. I would like to get a macro developed which will extract one pay information file for each practitioner and then paste a certain set of data at the end of each file. The individual files extracted will need to be stored by the location name folder, profession they do (massage, esthetics or acupuncture) and then stored by their name.

Hello, my understanding is that you need an Excel macro, which when activated will extract rows of data from a spreadsheet (representing practitioner payment info) and save them out to separate files, with additional data appended to these files.
