We are currently seeking an Administrator Assistant in a fast paced, growing collections office. Duties include but not limited to: filing, sending letters, running and posting payments, notating accounts, sending and responding to emails. Experience in Collections Max preferred and administrative experience is a plus. Must be well organized, a quick learner, have knowledge of Microsoft programs (Excel, Word, Outlook, etc.) and good at multitasking. Must have reliable transportation and good work ethic. Serious candidates only. Willing to train the right candidate. Note: United State Candidate only should apply for the position.
