Javascript function that generates a custom image when called (with chart library like d3.js,...) -- 2

Basically, I need a javascript function that will create a picture including a logo (I have all the assets) a text, a gauge chart, and a copyright. The gauge chart can either be done in [login to view URL] or d3.js or anything that looks like but it needs to be renderable to an image. The function needs to look like this: function(questionText,yesPercentage){ // saves the generated image to local disk and returns the local path to the image } The format of the picture is attached, all the assets will be given when the job starts. There should be a path for the fonts so that I can change them. I have no clue about the budget I need this in a relatively short deadline (1-2 days). Thanks for letting me know.
