UI Designer expert on Figma , Adobe Design tool

I am looking for a Pro who can do UI design similar to this kind of newspaper website [login to view URL] [login to view URL] I need your experienced suggestion to make the website looks nicer One thing I need to mention here is that one of the jobs this project included is that you need to teach my son how to use Figma and Adobe Design tool. How to use them and let him participated into the design work. So the design work could be split into two , one part you finish it and one part my son finish it. The initial training part could at daily basis, with one hour per day to teach how to use those design tool Then we need to sit down together, to work with all of the reference we need to work on from the website we need to build and split the tasks into two parts , one part you finish it and one part my son finish it then the rest of weeks could have a weekly meeting, with my son, once or twice a week, to guide him his design part. 1) Teach my son how to use those design tool 2) Assign him work to do design by himself 3) Review it from the next meeting time and another weekly meeting with my son and me , to review what you did for the part you finished or the meeting is scheduled whenever you finish something as a milestone.
