A software to record mouse buttons and keyboard strokes on an overlay video layer windows 10 touchscreen

I am looking for a software that records mouse clicks and keyboard strokes. The software will allow for them to be displayed on screen with an overlay if desired or to be recorded into a video without displaying on screen. I should be able to control the size of the mouse and its location whether it is displayed on screen or recorded I should be able to control the font size of keystrokes and its location whether it is displayed or recorded. I should be able to control the colors of mouse buttons, layout and keys. I should also be able to add some effects like neon glow. (A good idea for customization would be to customize it from a file) If I can scribble or add my own slides or pages or video screens on the video track.
