Generate b-to-b appointments using Copper CRM, Mailchimp, Calendly, GoToMeeting, Google Slides

At Barcademy, we want to learn if our approach to customized training of bartenders can find sponsors in the beverage industry. We want to send our prospect list a series of explanatory emails where the call-to-action is setting an appointment. The starting point content for the email series is bite-size chunks of our sales deck, available in Google Slides. The appointment setup uses Calendly, with options for either - in-person visit if client in NYC area - GoToMeeting if remote The lead list is in CooperCRM. The emails would use MailChimp.
