I am looking for a professional full stack developer, that can help me create a web application in C#, that works like a search engine. I have a Excel file with 16000+ companies that should be in the database from start, in which i would like Neo4J to be used as the database. Im thinking to use Elasticsearch as the search engine, and maybe angularJS on the frontend. I am a Software developer student currently in university. So i know a bit about stuff. There are other features etc, that we will talk about.
