Parser to import mobile phone bill in txt format into our SQL database

Full details at [login to view URL] example phone bills in PDF, TXT and Febraban We have already created the parser for txt in "FEBRABAN" format (regulatory format for banks and phone company bills in Brazil). Our current parser is working perfectly and can be used as a reference to create the new parser. The project is to "copy" our existing parser but it should be able to import TXT in csv format instead of Febraban format. The importation should be done into the same exact fields/columns of our DB as our original parser. You will have access to our source code to see exactly how our parser works and to our database to see if the importation you have done is identical to the importation that our parser does. The data in the csv and febrabam files are identical, only the layout is different, so you will be able to compare what the new parser has imported to the current parser to make sure its 100% correct. We will create 50% milestone as soon as the awarded freelancer accepts the project. We will free 50% when working parcer is delivered and 50% on final version with any corrections that we see in the evaluation. Thanks Marcio.
