Create a Solution design document for Developer

The Problem: Lenders cannot communicate to borrowers through a mobile platform. We have hired an outside company to build a mobile application. The ask: We need to add a section (screens/tab/popup) where the Lender user can manage the invitation and communication to and from the mobile application. The requirements of the platform: User needs to be able to trigger an invite to the borrower from the screen. User needs to be able to send and receive comments. User needs to be able to request that the borrower provide information in the form of uploaded or pictures of documents. User needs to be able to see the documentation provided by the borrower User needs to be able to indicate that items were received and mark them complete. Your task: Please architect a design document for your development team to produce a solution that will address the customer’s request. Please document any additional assumptions you need to come up with the best workflow scenario possible.
