We just bought a 5 unit 1910 building in Los Angeles and preparing to do a full renovation here in the next few months.... I need an architect to draw up plans so that we can change the floor plan in each unit, as well as add laundry hook-up and an extra bathroom to each unit... These plans will be needed so that we can get permits from the city for the work.
