Cottage outbuilding

Backcountry Ontario project with two parts: 1) Extension to existing main cabin - 40 m2 ; 2) Construction of a new outbuilding - 21 m2. Both parts connected by 20 m2 of decking. All buildings on grade. Footing plan and subfloor framing plan already complete and in construction. Draft plans already exist for first floor framing plan, mezzanine floor, and roof framing plans, as well as water supply, drainage, electrical (12V DC & 110V AC) and propane plans. These plans are in .pdf format. Unfortunately I don't have the raw files. They are (my assessment) 75% complete. I require assistance to get these to 100%. The outbuilding is traditional stick frame construction with a 6/12 roof. The main cabin extension is round log construction with a 1.5/12 roof. The outbuilding contains two two-piece WCs, one shower, one sauna, a changeroom and a storage room. The main cabin extension is a sitting room (i.e. no plumbing or propane requirements). I need an Freelancer that understands backcountry construction. This is not an urban project. For example, all piers are pinned to bedrock, all materials must be brought in by boat and handled manually, the toilets are propane incinerating toilets, water is supplied by pumping lake water to a tank and then using a gravity feed system, the hot water will be on-demand propane, grey water goes to an existing leeching pit, and there is a wood-fired sauna. These buildings are uninsulated. There is a woodstove in the main cabin extension also. Ontario Building Code is the only applicable standard. There are no local bylaws. Final outcome will be drawings suitable for use by framing carpenter, plumber, electrician and propane contractor. They also need to be specific enough to procure custom windows over the winter.
