Individual reinforced concrete SLAB design according to their marking 2. Individual reinforced concrete BEAM design according to their marking 3. Individual reinforced concrete COLUMN/SHEARWALL design according to their marking 4a. Individual reinforced concrete PAD FOOTING design according to their marking or; 4b. Individual reinforced concrete PILECAP design with piling geotechnical capacity All the works above shall be completed within 1 week. Drawing in PDF & AutoCAD shall be provided with standard scale (1:30@1:50@1:100). It will take 1 more week. 1. Slab layout plan with rebar, several cross-sections will be provided 2. Floor layout plan with beam & column marking 3. Beam detail 4. Column/shearwall schedule 5. Foundation layout plan 6. Foundation schedules & details ALL WORKS PRODUCED ARE INDUSTRIAL STANDARD.
