Web based portal that will display user-specific information collected from a .NET/MS SQL Server based back office system. Budget is $100 because there are a lot of off the shelf solutions that our users can buy that currently provide this functionality. We prefer to have our own and not have a third party application tied to ours if possible. Bidders that have experience with call center voice applications are preferred but this experience is not required.
Portal must:
1. Act as a gateway to real time information from disparate sources. Initial portal is for demo purposes and will only access mock data.
2. Include graphic objects that will link to display information from an integrated data source. MS SQL Server application will be initial data source but system must support future external data sources.
3. Provide role based dashboards that allow users to drill down to specific data elements.
4. Ability for users to log in and only access their information.
5. Ability to generate an automatic email to a user once a data element goal is not met or is ABOUT to be exceeded.
a. This should be able to support multiple user emails. For example, if I want to answer 10 calls an hour and I’m only answering 8, I want to automatically email my supervisor. If I’m only answering 5, I want to email the CEO.
b. I want to be able to email a user if it “looks like” I’m about to exceed a parameter.
6. Provide ability for users to modify preconfigured displays to create customized views.
7. Support in-house and offsite logins.
8. Must be graphically attractive.
