Build a dynamic real-time gauge indicator in ionic 4 , which is mobile/ tablet responsive. the left side of the screen should animate a real time gauge and the color should change for every subsequent change. the user should be able to set the end range and it should convert it to 100% on the gauge. the right side should contain a list with a click for scroll down , and scroll up, the list needs to be loaded dynamically. should work in both landscape and portrait mode target screen size iPhone SE Please message for more clarification.
