Cloud based digital signage solution

Solution to manage contents on the screens via media player, or via an App for Android based Screens. Moreover, a cloud based CMS for managing/ hosting that solution. Which enables the simple publishing of content to remotely connected signage [login to view URL], it has two parts one is the software that installs on the media player / Android Screen and then the CMS which manages that software from the web. The system should offer two solutions in one: a dynamic content publishing tool and a comprehensive conference & way-finding management system. It provides a web based CMS and screen management tool. System Requirements Hardware: Media Player is standard Raspberry Pi 4/4B with 4GB RAM and 16GB SD card storage (should be backward compatible). Software Can be any open source Linux based OS. Android based Screens App to support Android based screens. CMS - GUI Requirements CMS-GUI should be simple and intuitive. Main login screen should have nothing but the user login screen and link to some video tutorials. Access Levels: The system should function in a single site or within the framework of a multi-site deployment. Access levels will determine which users have access to which sites. Individual usernames and passwords enable secure access at the appropriate level, whether from the headquarters with an overview of several sites within a region, from a single site, or even limited to a conference booking (way-finding) role within an individual site. Publishing Content Support The system can publish content consisting of: • Images - including PowerPoint and PDF. • Tables for making Price lists and data for comparison etc • Videos – with or without audio. All formats • Ticker support for Dynamic or Static Data • RSS Feeds – airport, weather, news, etc. • HTML (Webpage) • Twitter/Instagram feeds filtered by particular HASHTAG • Direct Streaming / YouTube / IPTV Live Data Content is more engaging if live data is presented within the content. Solution should be able to pull live data from the web automatically and display in different ways on the remote screens. Like for example weather feed and flight details. The background template for live feeds should be fully customizable and can be designed to complement the branded templates.
