I already have a working program called greeting for windows pc's that allow a user to insert their name etc then when the pc is tuned on it speaks a greeting after reading the pc time and then it speaks the appropriate greeting eg good morning bill, or good after noon bill and good evening bill. it can be run by an alarm type program to give a greeting on the hour for eg.
