Hello. This is a very straightforward process. I work daily with AWS at scale and have performed this procedure (SSL cert install on ELB) many times. You will need to upload the certificate first via AWS command line tools and I can do this from the command prompt over TeamViewer to your machine. The entire process should take just a few minutes and I can help you test the outcome also to verify your certificate is installed and properly working.

Hi, If you want to install your SSL certificate to AWS Elastic Load Balancer, then hire someone who know what needs to be done or you will have false certificate and your clients will get errors that website they are visiting is Insecure! I am Certified AWS SysOps, have great experience in this field and I know what problems you may face with sorting out private/public/root/intermediate certificates.
