Hey Guys, I'm a foreigner that lives outside of the US, And I'm going to form a Ccorp. I know how to do this, how to obtain EIN, ITIN etc etc. My only issue is that all bank require you to be physically present at a bank branch when you open a bank account! There are however some registered agents (I have not found them yet), that do have a good relationship with a bank, and the bank manager is in some cases able to open up a bank account remotely. If you're able to hook us up with bank of america , wellsfargo etc, and if the bank account is successfully created, the reward will be 800USD.
