Hi, I have the floor plan and elevation plan of house(1 and half story), the area is around 1360sqft. I need to remodel it using Sketchup or Archicad and prepare 3d rendering image(3 is enough), and short walkthrough video rendering. I will need the source file of it. Please check carefully and only quote the exact costing, I'm not interested if you ask more than what you quote...So to make sure you read this in details, please add "THIS IS MY QUOTE" in first line of your offer.
