I would like 2 javascripts written for placement in webpages: 1.) The first would be for a PopUp generator which would be unblockable for PopUp Blockers. There are several proprietary applications available but don't like the results on any. A close example would be <> but would like to have the source code for that. I would like a unblockable DHTML pop-up with an option to close (an "X"), allows the voluntary input and submission of a name and email address, through a FORM element. After successful submission, pop up must display a "thank you" message, then self close, with the option for viewer to close sooner if they wish. All aspects of the pop-up must be easy to customize. Ideally, we would like to use an existing graphic as the background for the pop-up, and have the text fields and submit button in the space we have prepared in the graphic. Thank You very Much!

What I would like is to create a reasonably unblockable popup on exit.? If you go to [][1], what I would like to do is have a good pop-up on exit where I can promote affiliate links.?
