Hi - I have a very simple and straight forward requirement. I have about 20-30 HTML files and it has a header and a footer on each and every file. You need to use SSI and include header and footer in the files so that we do not repeat the header and footer on all the pages. I prefer this to work on nginx You will have to send a parameter ?selected=xxx so that a particular item in the menu gets selected. Eg: will show pricing menu item selected. We want to avoid .shtml as an extension (used for ssi) and just configure nginx to serve html files too. I think its default on newer versions.. I do not know. That's it!!! We did this using jsp and it took us less than 1 hr to complete this task. But I do not have the time to tinker
