Build a Website to Compare two entities

Requirement is to build a Web application, which will search and compare two entities e.g. Compare Cars or Insurance Policy. Application should be able to search entities matching user's requirement and show comparison between them. Check: [url removed, login to view] or [url removed, login to view] for reference.
Technology Stack is fixed (Strictly JAVA, Java Server Faces - JAVAEE 7), Cassandra or Dynamo DB, Amazon Cloud (Linux AMI), HTML5 and CSS3. Neat and Intutive UI using Google Material Design(Polymer not required). System Architecture will be provided to you by our team (but we do welcome constructive ideas). Strong focus will be on Coding standards, performance and loosely coupled components. (so if you have habit of calling SQL queries from JSP files - Please don't apply).
Need a dedicated team of developers/(companies preferable). Project timelines are aggressive.
We would also like to see your previous work, along with code review.
