I would like to hire a Transcriber a one hour documentary on DVD

Our project: 15 plus years ago a journalist got involved with a group of women to interview17 women of influence from the 1960's for a documentary . There is a one hour DVD we need transcribed. Those interviewed spoke at a normal understandable pace. Someone in the know said that it should take about 2 hours to transcribe.

Questions:

Do you have reviews of transcribers? Can I interview the potential candidates. Do they pick up and deliver or do I need to drop of the DVD?
