Need PHP expert to write a Callback Pixel /Sales tracking script

I'm looking for PHP expert to write a script that would allow the following:

1. Postback/Callback pixel tracking script with at least 90% accuracy.

2. The script should allow the cookie to follow the user throughout the entire browsing process.

## Deliverables

The script should postback the following information about the user's activity:

1. Url of the pages browsed

2. Time spent browsing the site

3. (Most importantly) If the user made a purchase, the script would postback (Time, Date, and the Amount Spent)

4. IP Address of the user should be recorded.

Ok, please keep in mind, the script will be used not on my own site, it would be used to track affiliate traffic and conversions. So, the script would be tracking the users who begin by clicking an affiliate link on my site, and would follow them all the way throughout the merchant's site.

The is no access to the merchant's servers.

The script should be fully mobile, should work on all affiliate offers.

Pixel tracking should begin with both HTTP & HTTPS:

Please Note: The script is not for user activity tracking on my own site where I have access to the server. This is for tracking the activity of the traffic that I sent to my Affiliate offers.

Finally, the script should post back to my site in real time.

My back end page for tracking should be set up in a form of a table containing the following information,

IP Address:

Date & time: (When the user clicked on my affiliate link.)

Trackback record: (URL of every page that the user had visited)

Conversion: Should state if the user made a purchase, if so how much, date and time)
