Current State:

Each week every sales person fills in the attached report. They collate this information from Salesforce CRM as well as write down other non data type items like key achievements etc. Once they have the report filled in they email it to me as the Sales Manager.

Objective:

I would like to make this report more modern and visual, when they insert the number of appointments for example it shows on a dashboard type interface whether they are above or below target.

The target for each person is different so i would like to make it easy to adjust the target when required.

I want to keep it on one page.

I would also like some suggestions as to whether it can calculate an overall percentage or grade as to how they performed that week. For example Project specific meetings earn more points than say Initial discovery meetings with builders and contractors etc.

I am happy for whatever platform you design it in either Word or excel.

To be successful for this job please offer a lump sum price as well as some similar examples you have completed previously.
