I’m doing a community project at work in which i’m creating a comic book to educate school kids. The comic book will teach them about the dangers of financial scams on social media in regards to crypto and stocks. The story will focus on a young teenager falling victim to a scam. I’m looking to commission someone to make this comic book, with a storyboard provide by myself. The comic book will be 8 pages in total - 6 pages for the story and 2 pages for the front and back cover. We’ve been allocated a fixed budget of £200 for the project. I unfortunately cannot go over this budget. Please only contact me if you can work within this budget to create a full comic book.

Basically we have a location and we want it in the computer to understand angels etc. Does not need to be other than unrendered surfaces with colors to understand the material. Essentially the use is a simple 3d storyboard tool. To create camera-movements. This is not to be high end in any way. Functional.

I am ready to provide a storyboard (drawn in pencil on paper, unfortunately, this is my maximum), but the idea is a girl in an apartment, puts on some music, and while listening to it, looks at an album with photos (if you can insert real photos into the animation well, I'm only up for it).
