Hi We would like a photo-realistic rendering of the following house. A current rendering was done in Revit but we would like something more photo-realistic. A copy of construction drawings is also attached for reference. The Revit file or 3D Autocad file will be made available to the successful bidder to make it easier and to import into software of your choice. Thanks

We are a seating manufacturer, and we have an urgent requirement for 3D revit models to be created of two components - an arm and a leg, see images attached. We can provided 3D IGES files of the components (to the successful bidder), which would need replicating in Revit format. The geometry is reasonably complex, and the model would need to be 'visually' identical, with all surfaces/fillets re-created as closely as possible. Hello, I have 2 very simple interior views of a building modeled in revit which I want to render in 3ds max. I have everything needed for the renders including the .vrmat materials wanted, and the 3ds max furniture objects. I don't have time to go through setting up all the materials to fit perfectly to the view, add lights to the fixtures, etc. So I just need someone to recieve all the files and put together the render and send me the raw V-ray render from 3DS Max, post-production and editing will be done by me. Very simple task for someone who knows V-Ray for 3DS Max.

Hi Thanh Trung N., Looks like I can do a direct hire through here. I have received a survey of the property form the surveyor and the file is in raw 3d data. I tried to open it in my Revit the other day but the lines went a bit crazy and I currently do not have the time to learn how to solve this! I am hoping I could send you my project file and the survey file and you could open the 3D topography and get it working for me? I need architectural drawings for a 2 b/r unit. I need support up to such a time that the plans are submitted with the local authorities. I have plans drawn up on a piece of paper, hand-drawn. I need them in Autocad, Revit, sketchup any designing software but in a pdf format. I am aware of the local regulations, so shall be able to guide and advise pertaining this. I currently use Revit Lite so do not have access to the solar study option. I need to consider the effect of the shadow of a new proposed Garage on the existing house. I have the house modeled in Revit and the project would involve modelling the garage and then creating 3x still images of the shadow cast in the late afternoon. The location setting will need to be for Auckland, New Zealand. Simple hidden line - no rendering required.
