Hi Guys! I need a custom mobile app made (Quickly)

I need someone who is very experience in coding for IOS to create a nice, useful and rich mobile app.

Description of the app: We want to build a FaceTime and chat app. We want a simple and user friendly app design. The app is simple, we want to do the same as the website Chatroulette but on mobile. U can chat and FaceTime with random person just by swiping right.
