Convert 60-90 minutes of English audio to text and deliver in word. Your bid should be UK20-30 max
I expect returned transcription in 24 hours.
Once you accept the job, send me your email address and I will share google docs audio files with you. These will be 20-40mb each so ensure that you can download them. The interviews will be at least 60 minutes but no longer than 90. You must transcribe the entire interview.
You must transcribe fully and accurately noting each different speaker as A, B, C etc,
Make sure it is formatted correctly also, proofed and spell checked.
If you require milestones, here's how they will work, There will be 2 milestones. The first will be25% of total owed and will be for 20-30 minutes and the rest and 75% of payment even if it is less time than the first milestone. A complete job is v important.
Once you send me the first part of the job completed in word, I will note corrections (if any) and send them back to you. If you rcv no corrections then continue as soon as u have rcvd payment for first milestone.
NOTE: I have about 100 hours of transcribing work for the right and RELIABLE person. make sure you do the job accordingly. I have 20 years experience in outsourcing so if you have any questions let me know.
I expect the first milestone to be reached within 5 hours of accepting the job.
The following are additional initial requirements PLEASE ENSURE YOU READ THIS CAREFULLY:
1. You must be able to speak, write, and understand English fluently. Most applicants have very poor English as demonstrated by the grammar employed in their bid; these will not be considered
1.1 You MUST use SKYPE (free) and send your skype name to me within 4 hours of accepting the contract.
1.2 You MUST be online AND AVAILABLE with Skype at least 4 hours per day on GMT time between 8am to 11PM. This means if I click to chat, you will respond.
1.3 You MUST respond to any email or phone call within 3 hours.
1.4 You must provide all your details. Name, address, home phone, work phone, cell phone, IM addresses.
3. NO INCREASE IN BID WILL BE [url removed, login to view] bidders often bid low and then once they have accepted the project tell us that the project will cost more than the bid amount. WE RARELY AWARD PROJECTS TO THE LOWEST BIDDER, WE AWARD TO THE BEST QUALIFIED FOR THE JOB WITH PROVEN EXPERIENCE.
6. You must be able to complete your task within the deadline.
7. MUST be willing to make all necessary revisions. We will also require your availability for updates following completion and ability to review progress and course of writing any given grant. Please DO NOT RESPOND if you have not completed several similar projects and also provide examples for review. This is mandatory.
10. We reserve the right to cancel the project if we do not hear from you within a reasonable timeframe. (3 to 4 business days without responding to e-mail is unacceptable).
11. We reserve the right to not release any of the milestone fees if you do not deliver the scope of work within the timeline and our expected quality agreed upon.

14. FYI we have numerous clients and special projects arising from time to time that can be made available in the future to somebody who impresses us with their talents, timeliness, business manners and enthusiasm. Extensive additional work may be available.
15. Assuming we are happy with the result, we would consider providing credit on the site to your and your organization. This will be viewed and considered by very influential people in the business.
