I am looking to hire someone who is great with phone sales to reach out to local small businesses near me in the US, who either have an old out-dated website, or they don't have a website at all, to offer to sell them a new modern responsive website, or to redesign their old one to be responsive and mobile friendly.

You will be explaining to them the benefits of having a responsive website for their business. I will give you a script with bullet points of what to say.

If you can get good at it, we can work together for a long time, and you can earn nice regular commissions off of each sale.
