The programmer will expect to build:
-build the client python app 3.7 with raspberry pi in concern
-allowed to use any API needed to accomplish the job required by the app as the document description
-all classes and functions are well documented in comments
-all names of classes and functions should be easy to be understandable
-all codes should be delivered
-The programmer will use The JSON files as described to allow dynamically in this app.
-no bugs are allowed in the final product
-the application needs a good ability in programming
