.Net Core + AngularJS - BitCoin Bot

Create web application using .net core + Angular.js. Database we can discuss.
The developer must have knowledge of: .Net core, Angular, Python, BitCoins (minimum experience on P-o-l-o-n-i-e-x would be good).
Please read all the description. Please visit/use/study both (*) sites mentioned below before applying to this project.
The project should be a copy of w w w . P o l o n i e x l e n d i n g b o t . C o m (*1), a service that allow you to connect your Po Lo Ni Ex. Com (*2) account and begin trading with an automated bot, responsable to buy/sell bitcoin and other alt coins. The main code used for this application is based on a opensource app written in python, and can be found in the address: git hub . Com / M i k a d i l y / p o l o n i e x l e n d i n g b o t (*3)
The application should be developed using: .net core + Angular.js. Database we can discuss.
Documentation:
- All the pages in the webapplication can be a copy of the main application. Later I will change the layout.
- Pages include:
- Home (Public) /
- Login + Create Account + Forgot Account + Reser Password + Account Settings
- Home (Logged User - same features: config bot, config currencys, recently closed/recently open report, new bot, )
- Add credits (please read page (*1) -"What do you charge for this service?")

- About the bot:
- Should be a windows service or any other service capable of be killed and continued without losing data too;
- Capable of start over if fails;
- Administrator should be able to create new bots, and edit/save the bot CODE.
- The bots will be visible to the user like in base application.
- The p o l o n i e x l e n d i n g b o t should be a default bot, already created.
○ Please use the same code. Should be able to be edited by admin online. Make variables easy to edit (ex:place then on the top of the code).
- About the Admin
- Should be able to create / edit bots.
- Should be able to see all clients.
- Should be able to enter client home, to stop a bot for example.
- Should be able to configure MAIN account, where the CREDITS will be confirmed
Extra functionalities not presented on base application:
- Test Bot: logged user should be able to run a test for a bot. The user will have to select a begin and end date for the test (ex: 01/01/2017 - 22/02/2017), select a bot, select a coin (bitcoin, dash.....), and run a test. After run processed, should show the user a report of profit, showing all the buys and sells and in the end the summary, like % earned.
QA - Project Finished / Delivery
At the end I expect a web application exactly like base site (*1) and its functionalities. I will test both applications and everything must happen the same. I should be able to connect my account of (*2) API, see balance, configure bots and coins, see reports, add credits, create new bots, and etc... Including all the items on the documentation above. A lot of users could use the application at the same time. The bot should work for all. Please make it efficient. Admin should be able to admin application and bots.
