Looking to have an Esports Wiki

We will have: Players, Teams, Organizations, Businesses, Tournaments, Leagues, Events

Each player can be in a team

Each team can be in an organization

Each organization can be sponsored or owned by 0 or more business

Players and teams can participate in tournaments.

Business/Organisation make/sponsor tournaments.

Each tournament can be linked to a league

Business/Organisation make/sponsor leagues.

Business/Organisation make/sponsor events.

each tournament or league can be linked to an event.

We want to list that info to be listed and store in our databases, but e.g for the tournament we don't host them on our website or connect them to other websites.

Example:

Each player can register (Create account), and fill fields which are dynamically created by the admins.

I would prefer to have Players, Teams, Organizations, Businesses, Tournaments, Leagues, Events to be dynamically created to be able to add more in the future whenever I need and they can be linked and shown on each others page.

E.g: at the player page tournament which he did join can be shown as:
