I need a functionality for wordpress where in article post it displays related posts but within the current posts date range.

For example

Post Number 1 (published in January 15 2015) would display related post within the range of 1 - 2 weeks of its published date

Post Number 2 (published in August 10 2017) would display related posts within the range of 1 - 2 weeks of its published date

Related post should be based in similar title, content or tags but not category.

I should be able to customize the amount of related post to display and date range.

I also use object cache so make sure it utilizes that so I don't stress the server resources such as mysql and php.

I don't have a website for you to test things out so please make a test website for me to test it and create dummy post with different date range group.

And also make sure that it works on custom post types.
