Compare 2 folders and extract the difference files to a new folder.

Hello,
I have 2 groups of folders that contain ebooks:
Folder 1: "Old" Ebooks are perfectly organized by: AuthorNameFolder -> TitlesFolder -> Files.
Contain a collection of books created in 2015.
Folder 2: "New" Ebooks are perfectly organized by: AuthorNameFolder -> TitlesFolder -> Files.
Contain the same collection of books but include new books. Created in 2018.
Both folders has the same structure.
Folder 3: "Difference". This folder is Empty. I want to save here the only the new books. The difference books. The new books added to folder 2.
I attach here one screenshot of folder structure and a zip containing a sample of books with differences. This zip only contains a few books but the real folders contains 20K books.
I want to make this software using any language that I can run on my mac locally. Now sure why language would be a good choice for this but I am open to anything I can easily run here.

I prefer an executable program I can run easy.

I will create php script to compare old and new folders and find newly added books and copy them to difference (third) folder. I will complete this work in 2 days. Looking for your reply to start this work immediate Zaidi
