We want to get our alert system to communicate with our ticketing system.

Therefor we need help from a skilled person with the following skills:

-Xml

-Json

-Php

-C#

-oAuth2

If yo don't have skills to all of them do NOT send a quote.

The scripts we need to build is:

[login to view URL] on - Notify ticketing system that there is a new alarm.

Get http xml file, convert to json with specific parameters.

Connect to 3rd party system with oauth2 and push the json file.

Get http xml file convert to json with specific parameters.

Connect to 3rd party system and push json file

This engine will run on ubuntu server with cron jobs.
Which means that it have to be coded in php or mono.
