Take video conference application [url removed, login to view] and Modify it to something like this this [url removed, login to view], which means you have to include key features like URL ,Media, Desktop Sharing, Raise Hand Features etc. See attached file for detailed description.

We are also looking to build a e-learning website allowing users to pay for instruction from our pvt colleges. Below are elements we need the website to have. Like [url removed, login to view] or [url removed, login to view] as reference.

So we need pricing for both the above solutions.

A detail doc with all details will be given for selected contractors.

So there are 2 options

1 Give me only the video Conferencing Application or

2 Give me Video Conferencing integrate with E-Learning Website (which has LMS like Moodle/ Sakai).
