Betfair Market Analyzer Software

I would like an application developed that extracts data on horses from: <[login to view URL]>

and imports them into a database ordered by meeting / race time/ horse rating / horse name

For I then require the application to constantly monitor the betting markets at [[login to view URL]][1] for each race (at user-definable periods) and provide an indicator as to which way the price is moving on each of the runners in the race and the market volume for each of the runners (how much is available to back and how much is available to lay at the respective prices). I do not require any in-running prices, so once the event goes in-play I want the event to be considered closed.

I then require this information to automatically be exported to a mysql database for additional use on a website. I therefore require some way of connecting and exporting the data again at user-definable periods and this must happen automatically via the application.

Ideally I am looking for a coder who has considerable experience extracting and processing data from the [[login to view URL]][1] website and can translate this data into a useful and informative software application.

I am open to ideas concerning the language(s) used to develop the software and am ideally looking for a coder who can provide input into the application design and extended functionality on top of above.

## Deliverables

1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done.

2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables):

a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment.

b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request.

3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement).
