AudioEditor X Control

I am looking for a control like nct's NCTAudioEditor. i have source code that will do a lot of this already so it would just be a matter of piecing it together. which i will send to winner. **please only bid if you have at least 3 good ratings already as any fewer will not be considered.** what im looking for is *Open, create and save audio files *Display a waveform window of an audio file and apply zooming in and out *Play an audio file or any part of it where ever in the waveform you highlight itll start from there. * Cut - Cut Abilty To Cut anything selecteed and highlighted. * Copy & Paste - Copy Highlighted keep in memory for pasting into selection. *Add Silence anywhere specified, Delete any part selected or highlighted. *Add Effects - Fade (in, out *i would like these formats supported wave, compressed wav, mp3, wma, and ogg If coder is willing after this project finishes i would like to add more to it later. if you would like to do that as well private bid request will be sent to you with details on extra stuff to be added. **If you finish within 3 weeks you will be awarded a bonus*** i am looking to have this finished before january so please bid if you can finish it again i will provide winning bidder with source code to help them finish as early as possible. it must be a active x control it can be atl or ocx which ever you are confortable with though preferably ocx :) thanks happy bidding

## Deadline information

Since I Will Be Providing much of the visual C++ source code i havent put the price to high however a nice big bonus will be given if the work is finished three weeks from acceptance. as well as addon work to this project with a bit nicer pricetag on it :) If Project is complete in two weeks you will be given 150 bonus if completed in three weeks you will be givien 90 bonus if finished in 1 week you will get 175 bonus
