I would like to develop a holiday rentals website similar in functionality to Holidayletting.co.uk. What I would like, if possible is a copy of [login to view URL] backend, but the design and look of the site would be unique. Meaning that I would like the same functionality of the site whereby owners can create an account and upload their property listing to the website etc. Basically I want to offer the same functionality as holidaylettings.co.uk. I’m not really looking for a clone of the site but something that functions in the same way.

Rather than me trying to explain all the details here, you would be best visiting [login to view URL] and seeing how the site works.

One other thing I need which [login to view URL] does not incorporate is a selection of third party properties from Interhome.com. With whom I’m an affiliate. So I will need someone experienced with xml web services and SOAP.

I would like the site to work whereby the properties from my own inventory take priority and would be displayed first. And if there are no properties available then the Interhome properties should be shown.

This project is for building the backend and a full functioning website. The graphics and design will be a separate project after the functionality of the site has been completed.
