We need a program running on a Palm Tungsten T3 and able to download agenda/contact/tasks informations from a web server for importation to the local agenda/contact/task of the Palm.
1- The program has to be provided to us as an installable file easily installable on the Palm from the Desktop PC
2- Once installed, the program has to be launched from a simple click on an icon.
3- When the icon is clicked, the program has to :
A/ Go online and grab a file that will be at an address like :

“C0A8D41CB5ED402DABF657B6DD227235?? is a parameter that will be on a separate .txt (or equivalent) file, on the palm. We have several palms, each one has the same program but a different unique ID stored on that file. We will write the program that generates this file (CSV, ACCESS... whatever).
B/ Once received, import the datas to the local agenda/task/contact program of the palm for local viewing.
- No modification is allowed locally : users update the datas online thru Internet but once sent to the palm we don't deal with modifications
- The sync has to be done between internet and the palm thru a GPRS connexion, NO HOTSYNC INVOLVED.
Prior experience of such dev. + having the same Palm model required.
## Deliverables
1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done.
2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables):
a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment.
b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request.
3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement).
