Expert Needed for Customizing SolarWinds Modules (SAM, NTM, IPAM, NTA, NCM, NPM, Kiwi Syslog Server)

We are seeking an experienced freelancer with a strong background in SolarWinds products to customize and optimize various modules in our IT environment. The focus will be on enhancing functionality, addressing specific issues, and ensuring efficient use of our SolarWinds suite, including SAM, NTM, IPAM, NTA, NCM, NPM, and the Kiwi Syslog Server.
Project Objectives:
SAM (Server & Application Monitor) Optimization:
Enhance the existing setup, which is currently monitoring several nodes, predominantly via Agents.
Explore and implement Agentless (WMI) monitoring methods where applicable.
Address and resolve any system performance issues related to SAM.
NCM (Network Configuration Manager) Efficiency:
Optimize NCM, especially in terms of configuration file storage.
Review and adjust node allocation to ensure correct license usage and avoid unnecessary monitoring.
General SolarWinds Suite Improvements:
Update outdated Orion Maps.
Implement Perfstack Performance Charts for improved data visualization and analysis.
Optimize other modules like NTM, IPAM, NTA, NPM, and Kiwi Syslog Server as needed.
Required Skills and Experience:
Proven experience with SolarWinds products, particularly in customizing and optimizing SAM, NCM, and other mentioned modules.
Strong understanding of network management, monitoring tools, and techniques.
Ability to diagnose and resolve performance issues in a network monitoring context.
Proficiency in both agent-based and agentless monitoring approaches.
Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Project Duration and Availability:
The project is expected to start immediately upon selection of the right candidate.
