Android - Position Two Layouts at the Same X - $60 Dollars

Hi.

I have been developing an App for months, new to Java and "Programming" in general.

It is a Zip with an Android Studio Project inside.

Now, I have gotten to a point where I cannot solve Positioning an Image View or a Layout in the Same X Position than Another Second Layout (both created and added to a Third Parent Layout at the same time).

.

The Context of the Problem, is that I have a Linear Layout called "HorizontalLayout", where I want to add, and position, every time I press a button (called "Tap"), 3, 4, or 5 Image Views (or LinearLayouts from an .xml with an Image View inside), at The Same X Position, and Different Y Positions.

There is no problem with the Y Positions (does not matter where they are currrently positioned in Y, the Attached App is kind of a Test Version for you to solve the problem, only).

And also, One Linear Layout gets correctly positioned in the X Coordinate (the Music Figure), with setX, yet, the other ones (just one, in the case of the Test App to simplificate things), do not (which is an Image View of an Horizontal Line).

I tried several possible solutions, like setMargins, setLayoutParams, setLeft, Inflate a Layout which contains the ImageView, or just to create the Image View and add it to the Parent Layout, then setX.

Changing the moment of the Bad Positioned Linear Layout.

Changing Xml Stuff on the Added Xml Layout.

Nothing has worked for the moment.

So.

I need someone to resolve this Unsolvable Simple Problem.

One important thing, is, that I said, I need to put many Images Views at the Same X Position, every time I press the Button Tap.

They all have different widths, so, making complex things like taking count of all the added widths of the Image Views, to get to the correct X Position, would not be considered a solution.

(As I said, one of the Images always get correctly positioned in X, so, I am trying to just position the other Images just like this one, simply).

Also, Important, I do not want to merge the Two Images in One, this is Out of the Table.

And, in general, I do not want you to make this work at the cost of making other functions of the App work bad.

It has to be good clean code.

Whateveer it would be.

Class with the problem: RhythmMain.java.

Lines with the problem: 876 to 908.

How to see the problem: You install the App, press Ok (not so visible), then OK, and OK, and a Button "Live Partitures" will appear.

Press it.

Then, press the Button "Tap".

You will see a Music Figure and a Line appear at the same X position the First Time.

This is what should happen always, the Figure, and the Line, at the same X position, every time you would press Tap.

Yet.

If you press Tap again, the Second Figure will be correctly positioned in X, yet, the Second Line, will be positioned much, much more to the Right than the Figure (when they should be always in the same X Position).

PD: Also, I do not want you to create a Frame Layout Inside Horizontal Layout, to add all the Images there and not to have problem with the X's Position.

Good Solutions.

Changing Xml Stuff like "adjustableViewBounds" or whatever, that would make this work normally.

I want to just setX a Linear Layout.

And I do not want big problems for being able to do this.
